Exchanges at the Carters store?

Anyone done this without a receipt? DD has a sweater with the tag on that I haven't ever put on her yet and I'd like to exchange it for the bigger size so it will last longer.

They will take anything as long as it hasn't been worn.  They have the greatest return policy ever!
