This is one of the first things we purchased for our baby because I had heard such good reviews of them and had a few friends who swore by them. Obviously, we are not going to be using it now for our baby ( even with this so-called "repair kit" out in January). Does anyone know how this works with voluntary recalls? Will I be able to get some money back for this or is my only option a repair kit? I tried calling the company today and didn't get anyone on the phone so I've sent an email.
