Any suggestions? Should I stick with yoga or get a strength training/aerobic workout. I was in pretty good shape pre-pregnancy (running, lifting, and some yoga). I've taken it easy but don't want to give up exercise completely. Other than walking the dog, I haven't done much. I've either been too tired or nauseous. I'm starting to feel energetic and want to take advantage of it. ![]()
