I agree that you should say something. I would probably casually mention to her that it was great that her H had "family" to keep him company while she was gone, seeing as how you know how tough it is to be far from family and all. Then when she says, "What?" You can say, "Oh, I thought it was his sister/cousin/whatever" all innocent-like.  But if you go that route, pictures would be hard to introduce. If you truly thought it was his family, why did you take "incriminating" pictures? No easy way on this one.

Sorry your neighbor's a douche. Keep us updated, and be sure not to put yourself and Baby Prepster at risk.
