Wainscoting?

Has anyone here put up wainscoting? Curious if you used pre-assembled panels (instead of installing each piece), where you got the materials, etc.

I'm thinking I'd like to do a beadboard or shadow-box-type wainscot in white with a dark chocolate painted wall for our nursery.

    We will use the preassembled ones for the nursery from Home Depot- They are fairly inexpensive and look really nice.  We used these in another room and it turned out great. GL
