"Snowball" dessert?

Does anyone have a recipe for something like this?  Like rolled in coconut or confectioners sugar or something?  I've found recipes online but I want to know if anyone has a tried and true recipe for something like this.  I'd like to make something like this for DD's party.  TIA!

Kind of crumbly. Like the texture of shortbread.

We make these every Christmas and they are soooo good. Except, in our family we call them Mexican Wedding Cookies. They melt in your mouth, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.

The recipe from allrecipes.com is good - but I will suggest using a food processor to chop the walnuts to a very fine consistency. The cookies are hard to shape with large walnut chunks in them. I chop them to as close to a powder as I can get, and they're FANTASTIC. The oil in the nut really enhances the flavor of the cookie.
