Does anyone have a recipe for something like this? Like rolled in coconut or confectioners sugar or something? I've found recipes online but I want to know if anyone has a tried and true recipe for something like this. I'd like to make something like this for DD's party. TIA!

Re: "Snowball" dessert?
I make a version of these during the holidays -- sooooo good (as evidenced by the amount of butter in them) and look like little snowballs

These look very easy, too. Not a lot of ingredients. Are they soft or crunchy?

Kind of crumbly. Like the texture of shortbread.
We make these every Christmas and they are soooo good. Except, in our family we call them Mexican Wedding Cookies. They melt in your mouth, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
