it's easy, and unless it's slow, they require an appt and same day isn't always available.

My friend took her son this am and said it was an absolute zoo.  That she and a ton of other people had appointments at the same time.  She did say that the Santa and the photographer were great.

they do say right on the website that they take multiple appts for each block. There's usually not much more than a wait of 15 minutes though.

 

It's especially a zoo on weekends. SO many people want to see that Santa. The year before they started doing appointments, they had lines of 3+ hours of people waiting to see him! It's crazy!
