Knee Dimples

I don't post here very often, but I took my son to his 4 month appt. and the doctor came in to see him said everything looked good, that Gavin would probably be walking by 9 mo.'s, etc....The she came back in (after the nurse finished with his vaccines) and asked if she could "show" him to the other doctors.  I asked her why and she said bc she has never seen dimples on the knees like his (?). I thought all babies had these?  She wants me to get his knees xrayed.  I don't want to stress as I know his legs are "working", he is already crawling, but I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of getting a babies knees xrayed for this?  Thanks for listening!  Here is the best pic I have that shows his knees

Can't see the pic (blocked at work) but my LO has definate dimples on her knees too
