I am so pissed! (lost package)

I was expecting a package from Old Navy yesterday and when I got home in the evening it wasn't here, so I tracked the package and it showed that the package was delivered to my front door at 2pm that afternoon. 

WTH? Could someone seriously have taken my package off the front porch?  We live on a private cul-de-sac with no thru traffic and there are lots of neighbors out and about every day (lots of SAHM types).  Someone would have to be pretty brave to just walk up and take it.

Has this ever happened to anyone here? I called UPS this morning and they said I had to call the shipper. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Our UPS guy never leaves a package in the same place twice. Sometimes they are near the garage doors, sometimes on the front porch, sometimes at the back door. Once he even left it in the garage on a shelf. How I ever noticed it there is beyond me. Have you looked everywhere? That is soooo annoying. I wonder what Old Navy will do about it??

This has happened to me before, but UPS realized the driver had delivered to the wrong house and they corrected it right away.  However, my husband was tracking it and saw it was delivered that evening so called as soon as we got home and it wasn't there.  The driver was still out on deliveries and just went and got it off the wrong porch and brought it to our house.
