It's snowing here in TX

We're only expecting 1-3 inches, but it's enough to get DS excited, we kept him home from school today so we could hang out with him outside. He's so happy, it's priceless.

    If you don't mind me asking where in TX are you? The only reason I ask is because I am driving from Fort Worth to Bellville today and am trying to get an idea of the weather on the drive. We got our snow on Wednesday and DD loved it!

    It is amazing to me that Texas is getting snow, and I have yet to see it in Michigan.  My DS keeps asking when the snow will come!

    We are in the Houston area, it's freezing here. Oh and the same thing happened last year we got 3 inches, it was so much fun.

    Fun!  My friends in Houston said they're getting snow too!  We're supposed to get some tonight!  Take lots of pictures!  Some of my absolute favs of DS are from his first snow day...since it's such a rarity where we live!

    we were in san antonio for thanksgiving and came home to the DC area on Tuesday.  It was colder there on Tuesday than here.  Likely one of the very few times in history that will EVER happen!

    weird weather this year.

    Yeah my parents are in Boston, and they were telling me how warm it was up there, and we're in the 30's here today, and it will drop to the 20's tonight. It's crazy.

    I am sooo sad I am near tears because my daughter is at daycare watching her first snow (last year when it snowed she was asleep).  I am so sad I am not there to see how fun it is for her.  I am leaving in a few min to pick her up so we can play though!

    Yeah we kept Ben out of school today just for that, he went to the store with DH to get things to make hot cocoa, and smores (lol), he's so excited.
