I've always felt I would have boys, and according to DH "that's all he makes". Ditto pp about reusing clothes, though that only goes so far if they aren't born around the same month, or if they are short/stocky vs. long/lean. It would be nice for DS to have a brother to grow up with.
I would love a girl, beacause I also forsee being left in the home by the DIL's! I have twin nieces, so we could score all of their stuff. Mostly, I would love to have a relationship with a DD like my mom and I.
So, whatever we get would be great, because we don't really have a choice!
I think we are done...we have one of each and DH has always said he only wants 2. But if we were to have another it wouldn't matter what it was...although DS is a way better baby than DD...so maybe another boy.
I'd like a girl next. My mom and I are very close and I'd love to have a daughter to have that bond with, as well. (Not that I don't plan on being close with my son but a mother/daughter bond is a little different- you know what I mean!)
smug answer .. whatever has long as its healthy. deep down i want a boy, since i've got my girl.
Love - a wildly misunderstood although highly desirable malfunction of the heart which weakens the brain, causes the eyes to sparkle, cheeks to glow, blood pressure to rise and the lips to pucker - Author Unknown
I would be happy this time with either. I had really wanted a boy and I got that so for the next one I don't care. It would be nice to have a girl so I could have one of each, but boys are fun and so much less drama that I wouldn't mind a boy either.
Now, if CJ had been a girl, I would totally be hoping for a boy next.
I honestly do not care. I was very determined to have a boy first because I did not want 2 girls (I have a sister, it's a mostly love relationship but it wasn't always that way). Now that I know it will be brothers or one of each, I'm trying to convince DH to let us be team green next time.
Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.
