This time of night is always hard

Anyone else have that very isolated stressed out can't sleep wont eat feeling this time of night?

  • Before I was diagnosed, nighttime was always the worst.  It's lonely and you aren't distracted by other things.  I'm sorry it's so rough for you, I hope things get better!

  • Thanks hun.  I wish that I could just calm myself down.  I know I have meds for this kind of thing but I just want to not need to take them.  This sucks.  
  • I get it around 9. She usually is sleeping and Iknow I should go to bed but I can't. :( I tend to eat at this time though. food is kindo f comforting for me.

  • Yea night is the worst for me, but it starts for me right when it gets dark because I start dreading the evening coming....
