i'm pretty sure it's the same ingredients, but you throw it all in the crockpot on low for 4-5 hrs or so. At least, that's what I found when I was looking up recipes online last weekend.

Yep, same ingredients and everything.

The only thing i do is stir it often. If you don't, it tends to get crunchy around the edges where it clings to the pot.
