I had to vote for the last one b/c it made me laugh.
Realistically Jackson watches probably 1 hour of TV a day. It might be on more often, but it might be something I'm watching/listening to or it might still be on but he's off doing something else. The TV is in our main family room, but he also has a playroom that has no TV.
Today he watched more TV though b/c I'm sick and I want to die. It was the only way to keep him quiet so I would not lose my mind.

Our TV is on too much. Most the time in fact. Most the time he's not actively watching it...but it's still there. Recently I've started to make a point to turn it off for a while 'cause I think it's making him crazy.

DD sees about 15 minutes of news each morning because I turn it on for the weather/traffic/etc.
I let her watch a kid's show once a week, so that's 30-45 minutes (she just watches DVD's). Occasional movies. So I guess it averages less than an hour a day.
I don't even know what to pick because our TV time is so all over the place. We'll go days without turning it on. Some days we'll watch a movie (so 1.5-2 hours). Some days we'll watch one Sesame Street or a couple of Diegos. Some days we're couch potatoes (especially since I'm pregnant) and watch movies back to back for a good chunk of the day.

Some days it's none, some days it's one show (20-30 minutes), some days it's a movie, and some days it's several hours. It's dependent on a lot of things--basically how stressed I am that day.
Re: Realistically, on average, how much TV do your children watch every day?

The kids usually watch 30-60 minutes in the morning while I am getting ready for work (depending on what time they wake up).
They watch 30 minutes after their bath (before books).
That's usually it.
