PSA regarding OPK's

I'm an avid POAS'er and use OPK's religiously.  Sometimes up to 3-4 a day, well I never got a positive at all this cycle and I ovulated.  In fact, I witnessed it yesterday during my ultrasound!

So, unfortunately, they are not always as reliable as I had hoped.  But I O'd and that's what really matters, right?  And to make it even harder not to get my hopes up.....I was ovulating while I was getting my IUI!!!!

Just some food for thought while you POAS this cycle.

wow - you actually saw that you O'd during an U/S? would you mind sharing what you saw? that must have been fascinating!!

You could see the follicle flattening out and fluid streaming out of it, at first I thought the follicle had vanished and it did but because I ovulated.  Woot!!!

THAT is interesting!  I can honestly say a year or so ago I didn't even know what a follicle was.
