Ring Sling Users

Does yours hurt your back?  I've been wearing DD for a couple hours and my back is quite sore... she only weighs 8 lbs!  Could I be wearing the sling wrong?

    do you spread the fabric out across and down your shoulder? Also, are you wearing it fairly tight? I think this helped me a lot.

    I found that I had to wear my ring sling really tight in order for it not to hurt my back. Around 15 lbs though, she was just too heavy for me to wear longer than a half hour or so. I ended up with the Beco....
