I spent about $100 on dd. Dh and I have a budget of $200 for each od us but I got dh a grill which was over. For my parents I dont know yet what we are spending on my mom but my sister and I put our money together and got him a gift card to the place he eats everymorning. We spent $25 each on him.
I have 1300 for all of our Christmas, I take 25 a week from every paycheck.
I budget 100 for parents and inlaws. We did family pictures for my parents and I have no idea what we are going to do for his.
50 for brothers and sisters
100 for each kid.
I am way under this year. We are not going to do alot. I'm sure I will hit the 100 for DD, don't have anything for DS yet. I might just put his in his savings.
ETA: DH and I are not doing gifts this year. There is nothing we need or really want. We are just going to save what is left.
Kids: about $250-300 each. I think we are pretty much done with DD and I don't even know how much we have spent on her.
Eachother: Probably $0. We don't really get eachother anything.
Parents/Inlaws: probably about $50 for each of my parents. On DH's side, we draw names and if neither of us gets one of them, we don't get them anything. We may frame a family pic and a couple pics of the kids for them.

DH and I probably won't exchange gifts. Money's tight.
DS: Not sure. I'd say around $50?
Parents/ILs: We got them each a photo book and they were on sale. I think they were under $20 each.
We're visiting the ILs (along with BIL, SIL and their kids) just after the holidays, so I got something small for each of them as well. A book for each kid, regifting nice maple syrup and pancake mix that my company sent me to BIL, and a $25 GC for SIL to have her kids make a book for her.
