I think I remember you saying that you ff your daughter and I know that she's about the same age as miles.  I have just weaned miles and am trying to get into a routine with formula and solids.  Would you mind sharing your dd feeding schedule?  I would very much appreciate it!!!  Thanks

Hey girl!  Sorry I logged off to do laundry before I saw your page to me. 

DD is FF...I weaned her around 3 wks because I was having a hard time juggling BF a newborn and tending to a toddler and allll of my other daily duties!  Anyway, she's a reflux baby so my feeding schedule and methods are different.  She gets a bottle first thing when she wakes up after taking her Prevacid.  She currently takes 6 ounces of Alimentum with 1 scoop of cereal per ounce!  It's thick like oatmeal!  She usually wakes up anywhere between 7 and 10 (wide window of variance there!), has a bottle and plays.  She goes down after that for a morning nap.  When she wakes from her nap we do solids (usually fruit mixed with oatmeal) and juice or water...she still has a hard time drinking liquids since she chokes if it's not thickened.  She takes another bottle and then goes down for an afternoon nap.  When she wakes from that she gets another bottle and then veggies and sometimes a fruit.  She gets a bath and then usually takes another bottle before going down for the night.  She goes to bed at 7.  I have a hard time working in all of her bottles AND solids since she takes thickened feedings which keep her pretty full!  The pedi said as long as she's getting 15-20 oz. of formula per day she's doing good.  It took me a little while to figure out a good routine for us since her case is exceptional....DS was such an easy baby and took whatever whenever.  I weaned him around 4 mo. because I was having pretty bad PPD and the BF wasn't helping.  After I weaned him he took formula just fine and solids starting around 4-5 months.
