Me. DH doesn't like turkey and my parents were only visiting for the weekend (and lord knows DS doesn't eat a damn thing), so I'm having turkey sandwiches twice a day. Luckily I have a major craving for turkey lately!

DH brought a repeat Thanksgiving for lunch today. I froze the rest of the turkey to make turkey soup or whatever when I'm not so sick of it and we've finished almost everything else. I'll pitch the rest tonight probably. DH has lunches packed all week, though, between Thanksgiving dinner and then the weekend since I cooked for his parents here. Yesterday was pizza pockets for lunch and tomorrow is pork and beans. Ok, I did keep the beans and added some hotdog so he could take that tomorrow. That's the end of the Thanksgiving leftovers then.
We had Thanksgiving dinner here and all about all gone. My DH eats some of the left-overs every day. I space out the leftovers. Tomorrow will be the last day and everything gets tossed. Really though the only thing left are a smidgen of mashed potatoes and some chicken. My DH cooked up the turkey carcass (sp?) so that huge bowl of "broth" is going in the freezer. Maybe I'll cut up the left over turkey and add it to the broth first.

Sadly they are all gone .
I can't wait to have ham for Christmas...I might sneek one in before then.
We were out of town, so have NONE!
We're making a turkey breast later this week so we can indulge in more turkey!
