hmmm so which do you think is more likely - I ovulated last week, I believe on Tuesday (not able to able to take temps b/c Hannah decided to wake up in the night again - but did OPKs)..and today had a small amount of blood. So, either, I am starting my period a week early (which is odd, but anything is possible) or it's implantation bleeding (which I never had with DD). I am also bf'ing still, so it's possible my cycle is still trying to regulate. But TCOYF says that the luteal phase is pretty set in stone to be 12-16 days, and it's been 7. Is it possible that the luteal phase is not set in stone if you are still bf'ing??
sorry, lots of questions lol.
I spotted during BF'ing...that was my period. one day, one spot.
Did you take a HPT just in case?
not yet. i think it's too early to test. my cycles are typically 35 days, and have been full 7 day periods since Hannah was 8 months old. Today would be day 27.
I had what is assumed to have been implantation bleeding. Mine lasted for almost a week at about the same time I would have gotten my period. I POAS on day 3 of the bleeding and it was a very dark positive.
I should add that I only have estimated dates to go off of, as I never got my first period PP and am relying on late U/S dates.
can be up to 2 weeks. at the risk of sounding gross, what color is the blood? brown to dark brown usually indicates implantation.
