bru.com gift card system is down right now :(

I was had just submitted my cybermonday order and it kicked it back out because their gift card system crashed. I spent almost an hour on the phone and in the end they guaranteed all my sales, prices and coupons when I am ready to replace my order (they created a file with my order and notes). My gift cards better get credited back their $100 - they put that in the notes too. So frustrating, but as long as it all works out, I will be happy with the way it was handled...
