Random~Nails Lifting

Both my grandmother and my mother have nail lifting (onycholysis). I have been lucky and had the best nails of us all, but seriously like almost overnight, several of my nails are now lifting. I am wondering if this was a side effect from the hcg trigger shot. Apparently the nail lifting can be a symptom of pg, but as of 10dpiui, I am not. Anyone else experience this? Or did I just inherit another wonderful trait overnight from grandma? =)

    i am not sure if it is the same thing but my mom has fungus probs with her nails it's inherited from her dad and it started with her later in live like after 40

    I have never heard of that but it definitely does not sound like fun...does it mean your nails become loose or start to come off? Eeek!
