Cramping and spotting question...poss. TMI.

I am a little concerned at this point. Yesterday I had some brown spotting/discharge that I noticed when I wiped, and my cramps felt a little different. I called my nurse and she said it can be normal, but have me schedule for an u/s tomorrow just to be sure.

The discharge disappeared after a couple hours, but even still today, my CM is still slightly tan tinted. Tonight I have another round of cramps that are different. This time they feel more burning than cramping, and my lower back is burning and cramping as well. No blood present though.

 

I have ready lower back cramping can be normal, or it can be a bad sign. I am 6 1/2 weeks right now.

So, has anyone else gone through this and been fine? Is this normal?

I get the burning sensation and was told it was the stretching pains.  I also spotted for a week at 4 1/2 weeks (I know earlier but still) and we are 10 weeks now.  Good luck tomorrow!

i had spotting at 7 weeks and everything was fine. good luck!

Not me, but my close friend had cramping/bleeding at 6 weeks, went in for an u/s, found a slow heartbeat and measuring behind, and a few days later at f/u ultrasound, everything was okay.  She is now in her late 2nd trimester.

 So...yes, she went through it and was fine.  I think there is a big range of normal and I have no idea what all constitutes "normal" but I wanted to give you some hope!
