4th Interview tomorrow

Wish me luck! I am meeting with the executive team tomorrow for what I hope is a final interview. I know they have some other strong candidates so even if I don't get this job, I know they took me seriously.

Pros: They will match my former salary

Cons: They want me to start next week (if offered the position) and I was really hoping to have a few months to decompress from my last stressful position. That and I need to wean Matt from BFing since I don't feel comfortable starting a new job and pumping at work.
