I just learned about 3 more people I know being pregnant in the last 48 hours!  I just can't catch a break... its so depressing!  I am just glad I found out via Facebook b/c I would have started bawling in front of them if it was in person.

 

Technically this cycle isn't over for me, but I have ZERO symptoms of anything except the b*tchy attitude that comes with PMS.   Part of the reason these announcements are so hard to handle is that we had SUCH good timing this month!  I even got the day off work at the last minute so we could sex it up on O day.  All the pieces were coming together this month, but now I have no hope... just waiting for AF to come and ruin my weekend...

Sorry you're having a rough go of it this month.  Just remember - a healthy couple has a 20% chance of getting pregnant each month.  As far as DH goes, it's harder for guys to understand.  They don't have that maternal instinct that kicks in.  As much as they may want it, the pull doesn't seem to be nearly as strong as it is for us.  Not to mention, we are the ones who chart, POAS, temp, etc., so we have things to obsess over, whereas they don't.

Thanks guys!  Sometimes (ok, most of the time) its just not the same talking to a guy, even if he is your DH.  I agree that they just don't have the same urgency that a lot of us women have when it comes to TTC.
