I post my pic to photobucket and get the HTML link from there and just add it exactly how they give it to my siggy. Unfortunately, I have issues seeing mine. I don't know if it's my work computer or if no one can see it. If you see my pic underneath this post, then maybe you can try photobucket.com.
Oh and another thing, you will want to change your width and height of your photo. I usually start off with width="300" and height="200" for wide pics and you can troubleshoot from there.
width="300" height="200" type it exactly like that in your <a segment.
