Are you ready?

When thinking about starting to try to get pregnant I think to myself am I 100% ready?? I don't have any friends that actually planned their first baby, so does anyone else have any advice on this?

I would say that a good first question to ask yourself is whether you can afford a baby.

No one is ever 100% ready in every way shape or form. You will know when you are ready as you'll ever be.

Oh he was ready way before the wedding! I feel im ready, I think im just a little scared of such a big change.

It's normal to be a little scared.

Just make sure you and DH are on the same page and your finances are in order.

Finance wise, I don't mean you have xxx$$$ amount in the bank, but you need to be prepared for the extra cost that a baby entails - diapers, clothes, medical bills, etc, etc.

This.  My serious answer is that I was still having some second thoughts until the day they were born.  Having a baby (or two LOL) is a big life change, and it's normal to feel some doubt.
