Defrosting frozen milk

If I want it go straight from freezer to baby what is the best way to defrost it?  I want to leave my DH specific instructions and want to trial it first. :)  It will either be 2 oz. or 4 oz.  TIA!

    I run it under cold water until it's slushy (2 mins?) then I do warm so that the fat can get mixed back in (2 mins?) then I put it in the bottle and put that in hot water.

    When I'm thawing for daycare, I just put it in a bowl of cool water.  Takes ~30 min to thaw.  Then I fill the bottle.  DCP can just warm the bottle then.
