If I want it go straight from freezer to baby what is the best way to defrost it? I want to leave my DH specific instructions and want to trial it first. It will either be 2 oz. or 4 oz. TIA!

I run it under cold water until it's slushy (2 mins?) then I do warm so that the fat can get mixed back in (2 mins?) then I put it in the bottle and put that in hot water.
