My excitement for the evening

After DS goes to bed, I am weeding out the toys he no longer plays with and putting them in a big box for the Purple Heart pick up tomorrow. I am actually really excited about getting rid of stuff. It's pathetic, I know, but I am tired of looking at stacks of toys everyday that the kid doesn't play with.

I love doing that! It's a win-win situation. The "crap" gets out of my house and then makes someone else smile to be receiving it.

DH can't wait to do this. But I told him he had to wait until #2 outgrew them and then we'd do a massive haul!

We did this yesterday.  It was cathartic.
