Obviously at 6 weeks, DS's schedule is not predictable. Usually he gets some good naps (1-2 hours) in during the day-- although I have no clue when they will be.
I try to get as much done as possible while he naps since I cannot usually do much when he is awake---but how am I supposed to eat, clean up, do whatever chores need to be done, shower, etc. AND work out? I just don't know where to fit this in.
I considered waiting until DH gets home to do this then just shower in the evening, but he comes home around dinner time, and I can't work out when I need to prepare dinner, and I def don't want to do it right after dinner.
I HAVE to get back to working out already. Where do you fit this into your daily schedule?
