Did you bring a boppy pillow with you to the hospital?? Was it useful or not?? Just trying to get a list together of things that I need and will use at the hospital.

we brought it, but i was still so big and swollen, it was not helpful for the first few days.  i used regular pillows in the hospital.

I took the boppy, and found it useful.

I am using the My Brest Friend pillow and brought it to the hospital. The lactation consultant was pleased to see it.

Yes, I brought the boppy and like the previous poster, the LC was happy to see it.

I did not. But I did happen to bring my body pillow and used that instead and LOVED it. I would recommend taking it.

I did not and didn't need it.  I used the football hold mostly, so it wouldn't have helped.

I didn't.  I found that I didn't like the Boppy for nursing.  I like My Brest Friend much better.  I know it isn't as cute or whatever but during all those feedings, I found that the back support, etc. of the MBF suited me much better.

I didn't bring my Boppy but ended up using the hospital's My Brest Friend and totally loved it.  We stopped at BB R Us on the way home to buy it.  Totally recommend it in the first few days of bf, and in the hospital.

I brought mine and am so glad someone on here had rec I bring it. It was the one thing I packed and used... very helpful.

I didn't have it at first and I made my DH go get it. I couldn't get comfortable with the hospital pillows so it was really helpful for me.

I brought it but didn't use it.  Our hospital had My Brest Friend pillows in each room that I used instead.  I started to use the Boppy when I got home and it caused me to have latching issues.  I went out and bought MBF about a week later and it was much more helpful.
