1st Trimester

m/s?

So after about 2 hours or so after I eat I get that I'm gonna puke feeling. It gets better when I eat something small tho. Is that m/s or the begining of it?

  • That was my m/s symptoms exactly with my first pregnancy.  I didn't go anywhere without a snack.  I found saltines to be the best but also hard candy (gets the blood sugar back up and if it's sour it will help with the upset stomach) or a granola bar or fruit cup help.

    try and eat something small every 2 hours or so, to make sure that your tummy is always full.

  • it could be! My m/s never really had a rhyme or reason to it. I just felt nauseous all the time...it helped tremendoulsy when I ate small meals and kept food in my belly at all times, even if it was saltines. Also, sipping ginger ale helped too. Hopefully it doesnt get too bad for you!

  • Thanks! I was not expecting it so early! A lot of women have not had it till 6 weeks! Yay for me!  Ick!
  • I started REALLY early with my first two pregnancies. What helped me the most is snacking as often as possible :)
