I just noticed my first stretch marks on my boobs at 3.5 wks pp. I was a 32B pre-pg & was a 36DD by the end of pregnancy without stretch marks. When my milk came in my nursing bras are a 36F and still okay -- Im pretty sure it was the swelling from the mastitis that did it to me. Crying

are the stretch marks red? i think i have these on my boobs and they showed up PP... darn!

I gained a ton of stretch marks on my boobs when my milk came in. It seriously sucks.
