I read it with my first but my recollection is that the tips are geared toward older infants. I think we used it around 10 months to a year. Personally, I think 4 weeks is really early for any kind of sleep training.

I definitely agree. I just figured I could pick up a book or two now and read them so that I have an idea of what I would like to do, if anything, when the time comes. Right now we're on a do as Ben pleases plan.
It's a great book to read to prepare yourself for what lies ahead, especially when people tend to throw CIO advice at you no matter how young your child may be.
