My 1st U/S update: charting works!

So I went in for a dating u/s on Wednesday since I did not have AF between my m/c and the new bfp.  I knew from charting that I ovulated on 10/22 and that I was 6w6d at that point but you just never know for sure, right?  MW knew I charted but wouldn't "confirm" EDD until we had the u/s. 

We go in and the tech was super nice, very young and cheerful.  She found the HB right away and everything looked beautiful.  She starts measuring and she goes "how far along did you say you think you are?"  and I repeated it and she said I was measuring 6w6d exactly.  We all laughed about it and I told her I charted and then she asked me how it all works, so perhaps I have converted someone! 

She looked around a lot, measured a lot, told me I ovulated from the right side, and then printed out a ton of pictures for us to take home.  We get another one on Dec. 16, but for now I am happy and relieved!!

That is awesome! I had such a crazy cycle when I got my BFP so I'm wondering if my EDD is correct. I was charting so I'm pretty sure I know when I ovulated but it was still much crazier than any of my normal cycles. I guess next Tuesday we'll see how right I am!

Same thing happened to me.  I charted and it measured exactly as I had figured based on my ovulation date.
