Breast soreness...could I be further along?

So, I had a positive blood test in Sept. that led to a miscarriage immediately following. I had barely been pregnant (maybe 3 weeks). I was spotting/bleeding for a month as I naturally let things happen due to the smallness of the baby. I stopped spotting Oct. 16. I got my period on Nov. 1. The strange thing is that I got the normal sore breasts that go along with getting my period but they continued right through this entire time! They got incredibly sore and it hasn't stopped. I took a home pg test with a positive on 11/20, and another positive on 11/26 (I like to dbl. check!). From what I have read it seems that I should not have been having the incredibly sore breasts that early on. OR the extreme cases of nausea that I've been having for 2 weeks already. Is it possible I am further along? Thoughts? Thank you!!

It is very possible that you are further along than you think.  Although, my breasts started getting extremely sore at 4 weeks.  If you want to be sure, at your 1st app, they can do an u/s to date the pg.

Breast soreness was my very first sign too.  I had it before I tested, and I tested early (10 DPO).

I had breast soreness almost immediately after I ovulated and it hasn't stopped yet. I think that the rise in progesterone also can cause the breast soreness.

I had breast soreness very early, at least 10dpo. Still have it as well as horrible nausea.

Thanks everyone! I will bring it up today at my first "confirmation" appointment and see what he says. I know this dr. has his own u/s equipment so maybe he'll check it out? maybe...fingers crossed!!

My boobs were so sore!  That's one of the reasons I tested.

 I am 11 weeks and my boobs are STILL sore!  Not as tender as before but still sore

Possible, I always have sore breasts the week I find out I am PG

It's possible to be further along, however, it's also possible to have really sore breasts early on.
