Fighting Sleep

My LO constantly battles sleep.  She is exhausted but fights going to sleep.  I hold ]her, rock her, sing to her, give her a paci, etc but she just screams until she eventually cries herself to sleep.  It is frustrating for Tahlia as well as DH and I.  We want to help her but don't know how and by the 2nd hour of screaming we begin losing it.  Anyone have any tips??

Have you tried nursing to comfort her into sleep?
