? about diaper changes

How often do you use diaper rash cream when changing LO?  I have been using it every time but then one of my friends told me that she only uses it when her LO has a poopy diaper.  So now I am curious, WDYD?

I use it almost every time.  If he doesn't have much going on sometimes I skip it.  I also do a baking soda bath every few days.  Poor little dude has my sensitive skin so I'm always looking out for the rash.

i use to put on cream when it looked like she was getting a rash..but then my mom told me with us, she used it with every change..and we never had any problems. so i might try that, mom's always right!

Never unless he has a rash (which he hasn't) but I'm going to try to remember to use it at night for preventative reasons because we don't change his diaper at night.

We put it on at night since its the longest stretch where she doesnt get a change.
