to Target today.  I know she's 3 weeks and this shouldn't be a big deal, but it is to us! Target is like an hour away.  I haven't driven that far w/ her by myself yet.  Plus, I haven't even been to a store yet.  Heck, I don't even know where I put her carseat when I get the cart.  I should have been more observant when I was pg.

Good luck!  Our first trip to the store was fun.  I didn't trust the carseat on the top part where a little kid would sit, so I put it in the main part and just stacked my stuff around him, lol.  Now I see parents with their carseats up top and I'll have to give it a shot next time.

Trips to Target are my go to when  I just need to get out of the house for a bit.  My son always falls asleep in the car and usually stays asleep the whole time.  I can't put the car seat up top because (1) it doesn't feel safe to me and (2) I am too short to see over it!
