how long did LO sleep in swing?

We are back to having DS in the swing upstairs at night now too. He usually naps in it & when we first got back from the hospital he was sleeping in it. Even if he is sound asleep he won't stay sleeping on his back in his crib or PNP. How long is to long to let him sleep in the swing??? (Little Lamb Swing btw)

DD hates sleeping flat on her back.  At first we were just propping her up with a sleep positioner, but the last few weeks she's been sleeping in her swing because she's been a little congested.

my DD used to sleep in hers every night.

Originally I didnt want her to be in it for more than like an hour, but now she sleeps so well in there in the day time. She's slept as long as 4.5 hrs in her swing. She loves it, it's the only place she can go in awake and fall asleep.

 

I'd say let your LO sleep wherever he can.

DS always naps in his swing and also sleeps his first stretch in it at night, then we bedshare,  He is 3 months old and we have been doing this since 3 weeks.  It's the only place he will sleep for longer stretches.  Until he decides he likes his crib, this is where he will stay!
