It was a sad movie. My kids didnt like it and it made me cry. Not a fun movie to watch. My mom keeps asking if we have it. Every time I tell her the same thing. "NO, and we dont want it."
I cried through the beginning and then I still get a little misty eyed when we watch it now. I really think it's a love story that he's honoring his wife by going to where they always wanted to go. Audrey loves Russell.
We love that movie in our house. But I agree, the beginning montage made me cry, and so did the end, the badge pinning scene. I just wanted to hug Russell.
