Okay, when I went off BC in 2006, I knew that my face would breakout again and it would suck.. It started as one zit about a week before AF and now in the last 3 months has turned into zits all the time.  And this month, I think a record number have hunkered down and are enjoying their stay on my face.  I think I feel more coming.  GO AWAYYYYYYYYYYY.

Oh I feel ya all the way.  I've been off BC since June and those little suckers live on my face now.  Like set up residence there.  It sucks.  My mom had terrible acne until she had me then it went away because her hormones changed.  So I'm afraid I'm at least stuck with it until my first baby comes.

It helps to get those face wipes and wash your face with those and reapply any make up about twice a day.  It keeps the oily stuff down.

 

Other than that I guess we just get to suck it up!

I feel you! My skin is going nuts! I gave myself a facial after work the other day, lol. I'm a hair colorist, so working at a spa has it's advantages. Our esthetician was out, so I put an acne clearing mask on. It did clear up some stuff, but now I'm breaking out again.

Indeed.  My mother still gets them at 50 so I don't think I am ever going to avoid these suckers. Grr..

Yeah, I really like the Mary Kay Face Mask and I am fresh out, I need to get myself some more.  That and the Mary Kay acne stuff work for me, but not as WELL as it did before.

I hear ya...I started breaking out on my back when I went of BCPs.  Thank goodness it is slowly clearing up.

I have never been on birth control and deal with some acne monthly, always have. I use Aloette Simply Clear package. Love it and it works wonderfully.
