milk coming out of DS's nose

Has anybody had this problem?  The lactaction consultant said to only allow feeding for 20 min anymore and they're using the boob as a pacifier.  I have large breasts and LOTS of milk.  I think he's getting all he needs sooner then the overflow is dripping out of his nose.  It's so wierd, I've never heard of it.  If you have this problem, what are you doing about it?

yes it happened to us when he was about 3 weeks ..i freaked but the doc said it was fine
