Need OB help!! Hsv

Hey ladies! I have to choose a OB by my Best Start appt on Wednesday the 2nd. I'm not sure who to go with, cuz I know not a one of these docs. I really want someone I can trust and feel comfortable around. And that cares about me and all my stupid questions that I may have.. I want someone with patience. I'm going to list all the names. If you know anyone else that accepts Medicaid, please feel free to mention. But I would like opinions or here-say about any of these docs. TIA!!! I can't wait to have my 1st OB appt I mean I'm nearly 7w already :P

I used Dr. Jacqueline Sylvester for my son's delivery, and I will be using someone else next time.  There was nothing major, but I had one time in particular in which I called the doctor because I was feeling no movement.  No one returned my call.  I called back, No one returned my call.  Finally, my husband called and blessed them out, and they sent me to labor and delivery.  Everything was fine, but it bothered me that no one returned my calls.  I also was not one to call often.  I think I called twice my entire pregnancy.  Also, I always had to wait.  On my last appointment before he was born, I had to wait an hour and a half.  Anyways, I will be using someone else next time around.

Oh wow.. yea. I could see why you are choosing someone else. I wouldn't want to feel un-important to them. I'm sure you felt that way. Like you said, nothing major but that wouldn't sit to well with me. Ty for your input hun!

The fact that Dr. Silvester's practice is called "Babies, Etc" made me feel like it was a baby factory.  I went to her before I was even THINKING about ttc so it just struck me as odd.

lol I didn't know that! That is a little odd. Well seems as though the only person anyone has anything to say about is doc sylvester... I reckon I will pick from the other ppl then.

Dr. Dunham is AMAZING!!! I had to switch my Best Start over from Calhoun to Madison and only knew her for 2 weeks prior but she made my delivery experience an unforgettable one. She's very attentive to what your needs are as well.

I'm so glad to hear this! I really want a woman as my OB more than anything. so that makes me happy. She is over by Crestwood yes? I know she will deliver at HHWC, but that it's not her pref. Or atleast I think that is her. Ty so much
