How much does your LO take?

My dd doesn't seem as satisfied when I BF her, but after a bottle she seems full.  It does take her a looong time to BF.  She doesn't suck as aggressively on my boob.  I pumped instead of Bfing to see how much I was producing and have plenty of milk.  I give her 3 oz and she is 5 weeks old.  Any thoughts?

I think DD is going through a growth spurt because she's eating 3-4 oz every 2-3 hours. I started using a nipple shield yesterday and wondered if she wasn't getting as much because she nurses for almost an hour each time and is hungry not even 2 hours later. Honestly, it's been easier to just give her the bottle.

DD is 5 weeks now and she has been drinking 3 ozs since around 2.5 weeks. I just recently started putting 3.5-4 ozs in her overnight bottles.

ds takes one pumped bottle (so dh has some bonding time) on most days-- eats about 4 oz.  last night he was still hungry afterward so i had to feed him some, too.

This morning DD took 4 oz within 15 minutes and wanted more... another time, she'll only take an ounce or 2 at a time... I figure that as long as she gets between 20 & 30 oz a day, then she's doing good (and she usually takes between 18 and 24, so not too bad on average).

my boy will be 4 weeks tomorrow and he takes 4oz consistently every 2.5-3 hrs but he is already 11 lbs
