So, basically in your previous post about my LP, you're telling me not to worry. My LP could be the same or longer this time, but until it is consistently shorter, 3 cycles or longer, not to be concerned. Is that right? I looked at Vitex when I went to Vitamin World. The lady there was apparently not informed at all. She said it was more for menopause than conception/fertility. If we don't get KU this cycle, would you add in Vitex in place of the B6, or in addition to it?
Hope all is going okay with you....it's been a quiet few days on the board with the holidays for sure! How's Bailey doing?

Yes, keep charting and seeing if your LP is habitually short. That way you can go to your doc, chart in hand and physically show him/her that you need help.
Now, while I wouldn't "worry" I would still be proactive about natural rememdies to help the LP. Vitex is used also for menopause, it's all about helping out your hormones. Ladies using it for menopause will use a lot less then people TTCing.
I take both B6 and the vitex. Last month I had an 11 day LP (up from 8 the previous month) and it's looking like I'll have at least another 10 or 11 day LP this cycle.
Bailey's doing well! But my H messed up her pills! She was on steroids for two weeks and the dr was cutting her back slowly. I told him to give her a pill every third day and apparently he didn't listen and gave it to her EVERY day. Sigh. I'm gonna have to call the dr tomorrow. But she's awesome. Her ear is completely normal and she's not scratching it as much as she used to. YAY

Note to self: If not KTFU, get Vitex for next month. :-)
Glad to hear that Bailey's doing okay. If you didn't do the decreasing steroid dose as originally prescribed, you'll probably be able to start the taper this week, and you'll just need more pills. Personally, the lowest taper dose that I use is every other day. Going to every 3rd day can be confusing to clients (like your DH as an example). No worries, though; my guess is that the steroid dose is low enough that the additional days shouldn't be an issue.
