Does DH own a suit?

MIL is convinced that DH needs a suit for his sister's wedding.  I'm find with buying one because quite frankly I think that might be one of those things that is good to have.

 

However, DH is pissed that I am spending money on something he is only going to wear "once".  So that leads to my question, does DH have a suit?  It doesn't count if he has to wear one to work everyday.

Yes, he wears it to church and to special occasions.

He does not own one.  However, there have been plenty of times it would have been nice to have one.

no, he doesn't, we talk about buying him one often because he never has a jacket to wear to things, always just dress pants and a shirt and tie

DH owns 1 suit.  He wears it to weddings, nice dinners, and on cruises.  We bought it years ago and I say it is worth the investment.

Yes, he has one for interviews, weddings and funerals.  Plenty of occasions call for a suit.  I think it's good to have one.

Not in the civilian meaning of the term, but he's got his dress uniforms that he wears to formal events.

DH had one before he had to wear it every day - actually he has probably 7 or 8 now. I would say a basic black suit is something that your DH can use over and over for many years to come and definitely a worthwhile investment. He can wear it to weddings, funerals, church (if you go), interviews, etc.

D has 2, black and navy pinstriped.  I would like him to have another one in gray, but he's not biting.

No, the only time he has ever worn one to our wedding. I don't forsee him wearing one again anytime soon.

I know he has more than one... but I think only one of them fit.  Not now but a the last few years we had have a few formal functions and weddings each year.

no, but we've come across many occasions where he was wishing he had one. like the cruises we've been on and funerals and weddings.

I am really surprised in the amount of nos.  Interesting.  DH has several I would say 10 or so. He wears them to work and uses them a lot in everyday life.

DH has at least 6. He needs them for work...as well as weddings, funerals, etc.

DH has one. It took a lot to get him to buy it but he likes it. He only wears it on special occasions (weddings, funerals, dinners) but it's a black pinstripe Michael Kors and he loves fab in it.

Of course he does, he has to wear a suit to work. 

Before he had this job, he had several suits.
