Leaky diapers?

We bought the Pampers Swaddlers and the Huggies version of those. And for little boys we all know you're supposed to point their pee pee downward, otherwise it will leak out the top when they pee. Well, when I point it down, it comes out from where his leg hole is. Anyone else have this problem? I try to make it as tight as I can, but he has such skinny little chicken legs! What to do?? Hmm...

I had that problem too, and pulled the little sides around his legs out and haven't had that problem yet.

Try the next size up!! We had the same problem til we went to size 1.

This.  Also, when you close his diaper if you notice there is space between the the diaper sides and his leg, fold the top of the diaper (by his belly button) so when you close it it fits more snuggly.

I had to do this because he needs the extra absorbency of the bigger diapers but they didn't quite fit.

 

And we use Huggies, the Pampers leak way more for us.

We have less leaks with the Up & Up brand from Target.  Granted, we only use them for bedtime b/c DS is CD during the day *he pees through the CD's at night time*
