Um, sweetie.  That's because we have no flour or sugar.  If you want me to bake you cookies, go get me the ingredients.  Until then, I will sit here nestled in my blanket watching Intervention.

My dh does things like that. He wanted a cheese ball for Thanksgiving and I told him I didn't have the ingredients and he could run to the store if he wanted me to make it. The next morning: "Are you making the cheese ball today?" Did he go to the store? No. Le sigh.

The Husband wanted chocolate chip cookies the other day, I thought I was being clever when I told him when he got the ingredients that I'd make them. He actually went to get everything I needed. That bit me right on the butt.

 This has happened to me. lol

In fact, I think that's how we got to this point. Now DH will check to see if I have the igredients for what he wants because he knows I'll make it for him within a few days of his request.
