My body confuses me

So I am not sure what is going on with my body.  I am 30 days past the day I started to mc and no AF yet.  I  am having light cramps, boobs are getting sore, sinuses are so congested I can't even stand to be around DH when he is smoking and I was a smoker until last week.  Heartburn is happening bad and I am exhausted.  I feel almost exactly like I did with the first pregnancy but realistically I know that the chances of me being KU are slim to none without the help of my friend clomid. 

Is it possible to get KU before you first cycle?  My doc told me to wait until after the first cycle to try, so I haven't been charting or getting serious about trying again until AF arrives, but damn she is taking her sweet time. 

Anybody else feel like their body is sending off mixed signals.

Married 8/23/09 Dx: Endometriosis mc 2003, mc 2005, mc Oct. 2009 and ectopic pg Feb. 2010 Baby Girl Gracie Mae born 5 weeks early on 7/6/11. Baby boy JT born full term on 7/5/12. We are blessed!

    well AF came exactly 30days from the day i stopped bleeding from m/c..

    However..It is possible to get PG before AF comes.. you are very fertile after a m/c. But i would wait it out a little lnger befre assuming because alot of the ladies didnt get AF for a really long time! GL

    yeah i am still waiting for AF after my d&e. about two weeks ago I had all the symptoms she was coming but she didn't show. Now I feel fine and no signs of AF showing so I am pretty confused too as to what my body is doing. I don't have any KU symptoms tho but we haven't been careful about not getting pregnant.
    Started TTC - 01/2009 1st BFP - 09/04/09,1st u/s - 10/06/09- no heartbeat seen, D&E - 10/13/09 BFP #2 - 2/12/10, m/c 2/17/10 BFP #3 - 01/03/11 m/c 01/10/11 BFP #4 - 02/21/11 DS born 10/13/2011 Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    have you taken a test?  do you know what your last beta levels were, since that could cause a false positive? 

    it is totally possible to get KU again before you get AF, since IF you O it would occur before AF. 

    it could also be that you still have pg hormones in your system from the m/c and that would explain the symptoms and lack of AF yet.  however it is completely normal to not get AF for 6-8 weeks after a m/c.  i went 42 days. 

    be patient and GL!

    All this, and I'll add that I got KU after m/c #2 before AF showed.
